Subscription Information

Your Company Information

This page will allow you to subscribe to our service and begin receiving free products from our participating manufacturers.

Fields marked with an asterisk (*) are required to submit the form.

The manufacturer uses this information to insure that you are a hardware retailer. Bogus information can cause our participating manufacturers to mark you as a consumer who just wants free product.>

The "Physical Address" field should be the address of your place of business and NOT a mailing address.

The "Business Phone" field should be the number of the phone that rings at your place of business.

You must supply at least one wholesale account to be considered for participation in our program.

Log-In

Log-In

To log into your account, click on the "log in" link located on the gray task bar near the top of your screen. You will need to enter your Username in the first text box and your password in the second text box. Click on the Log-In button located to the bottom left of the screen to log-in.

If the Log-In information you enter does not match our records, the system will prompt you to try again by clicking on the Log-In option located on the left side of the gray task bar at the top of the screen.

Should you forget your Username or Password, just click the "Log-In" button. When you are at the log in screen, Enter the email address that you used when you signed-up and we'll email your log-in information to you. This is an instant & automatic process.

Error Message

If you get the message: "Your User Name and a Password are not known to the system" there has been a problem logging you in. If you have just signed-up, an email was sent to the address that you supplied. Please fetch that mailing and follow the link to complete your subscription.

If you are a subscriber and you get this message, please use your browser's "Back" button and try again, or if you have forgotten your log-in information, you can enter your email address in the box below and click the "I Forgot" button below and we'll email it to you right away.

This page will tell you if your request has been processed. If we can't find your email address it might be that you used another address when you signed-up. Try an alternate email address and submit again.

If you still get an error, call 305-453-5050 and speak to a service representative.

Activate Your Subscription

Pressing the "Activate My Account" button will make your subscription active, allowing you to request free product(s) from our participating manufacturers.

You can Un-Subscribe by clicking the "Un-Subscribe" button at the bottom of the form.

If you have previously un-subscribed and wish to re-subscribe, enter your email address in the "Subscribe Today" form on the Home Page and click the "Sign-Up" button. Check that your information is accurate and click on the "Re-Subscribe" button to re-activate your subscription.

Updating Your Information

This page will display the outcome of your updated information.

Un-Subscribe

This page will un-subscribe you from the Hardware Industry.

We ask that you comment on our service and let us know where we went wrong. Please add your comments to the comment box. When you are finished, click the "Un-Subscribe" button.

You can re-subscribe at any time by returning to www.TheHardwareIndustry.com and simply enter your email address in the "Subscribe Today" area on the home page. We'll walk you through the process and re-activate your account.

This page displays the outcome of un-subscribing from our service.

Re-Subscribing

This page will inform you that an email has been sent to you with a link to complete the re-activation of your subscription.

Follow the instructions in the email.

Item Queue

View Your Queue

This table displays your queue history. It is sorted by date, the newest activity at the top.

Clicking the item name will display the item. Clicking the survey date will display the survey for the item. Clicking on the word "Ready" will take you to the incomplete survey if one needs to be completed.

If you see the word "Removed" in the "Shipped" column, the manufacturer has removed the item from their surveys. This could be due to the manufacturer ending the survey campaign or because they are just working on their survey. In any event, clicking on the word "Removed" will remove the item from your queue.

Completing A Survey

This page contains the survey for the item chosen.

Read the question and respond by choosing a score that corresponds to your answer. The manufacturer chooses the range of answers. ie. 1 to 10, 10 being the highest score possible. Depending on the manufacturer, there may be a corresponding box in which you may elaborate on your answer.

Click the "Save" button when you have completed the survey. Once submitted, you may not change your answers to the survey.

Outcome

This page will alert you if you have not completed the entire survey. You must answer all of the questions on the survey to submit the form.

If you have completed thee survey, this page will thank you for your input and inform you if there are any additional surveys that need to be completed.

This page displays your completed survey for the item that you clicked.

You can not change your survey once you have completed it.
